Fail to connect Sybase server via OLEDB provider

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with connecting from SQL Server to
Sybase ASE 12.5 using Sybase OLE DB provider. and thr error code is
0x80004005.
And I can use same connectionstring to connect Sybase server successfully, the difference is it can pass on XP OS, ans Failed on W2K3 OS. What I got on this forum is that there are some security issue on my W2K3 OS, and need me to check the .inf file. if so, sho can tell me more detail info about how to check that file, I'm a new one......

Your help will be very appreciated^_^
