field level permisions

Guys, any help will be appreciated,
have not done anything with permissions in a while.

I have a table in witch i need to restrict access on only one field and only give rights to that field to three people. Is there a way to do that, right now everybody has resource rights to the table.

Im on 7.31 TC5

Hi,
This is posible from IDS 9.40.
I suggets that create view with this fields and assigned permision for three peoples.
