To enumerate database:

sp_helpdb

now, how do I enumerate tables given a database?

sp_help
to display all objects and datatypes in the current database.
sp_help [objname]
to display information about a specified database object
or
select name, user_name(uid) as owner from sysobjects where type='U'

sp_tables will list the tables and views in your current database
