Ask about oracle 9i lock

Do oracle 9i have row lock and page lock ? if yes, could you mind teach me how to use? thanks for helping !!

Read the Concepts guide, especially the chapter named How Oracle Locks Data

You are aware that 9i is a really old version, and won't be supported for to long?
(actually it might be that support for 9i has already been terminated).
