INTERNAL ERROR: Falied assertion [PGE code=90105]

La precompilar el archivo sample.pc con el pro*c/c++ me genera el siguiente mensanje

INTERNAL ERROR: Falied assertion [PGE code=90105]

sh: 4840 Memory fault

*** Error exit code 139

stop.

Que debe hacer?
