How can i do a "warm" dbexport?

We have a database (big database). Now, I need to create a replication of this database (all tables, data, procedures, trigger... should be included), but I can't to stop the database, because it's a "real" enviroment.

Is there any way to get it?

Use the HPL tool.

or if your database is small , execute SQL unloads with set isolation dirty read
