problem closing a window

here is the scenario, i am displaying a window named 'matwind' and another window named 'detailswin'. the latter one is being called by first one. both the window can be accessed from the browser. but when i click the close button nothing happens. they did not close. what it the problem? i cant figure it out.

i am using oracle xpress edition 11g
and form developer to create forms.
