How can I solve overhead problem?

My database table faced some problem. My table have near 800 000 records, and it is used for user pm. it is active table and is used very more. then my table faced some problem that in phpmyadmin shown as overhead. I optimized table and after some minutes it shown as overhead again.
What is solution?
