database help please?

Hello guys

Can i please ask for some help and guidance?

For work i have compiled 3 lists consisting of over 2 million UK post codes, UK counties and towns.

I have now been set the task of producing a single populated database linking each of the 3 fields.

County to town to post code (1st 4 digits of each post code only, such as sg4 0qg)

I am very much a begginer and would love some help and advice on how to proceed? The simpler the better to be honest.

Any advice or suggestions are very welcome.

Thanks Adam

Actually it all depends on the answer to the two following questions :
- can one town have more than one postcode ?
- can one postcode belong to more than one town ?
