Question How to bypass dbf-table user password using Delphi

Hi all,

I'm writing a native Delphi component to handle ESRI shapefiles and have come to the stage where to read from the accompaning dbf-file.
When trying a TTable-component a user-password window is shown.

My question:
Is there any means by which I can bypass this window because the component is to be used for switching between different shapefiles and
it just won't work having to login in for every switch or can one read/write dbf-files directly in some way.

Regards
Staffan
