Lead DBA - moving to open source

Lead DBA

there's a newly created position with a young company located in NYC looking for a strong lead dba - strong in data architecture - who can design and implement process - Current environment is SQL Server but moving to open source - to be implemented in Berkeley or PostGres/MySQL.
