Internet Client Error: Connection reset

Dear All,

The excel report has the login screen. whenever he enters the username n pwd he is getting "Internet Client error: Connection reset" error. The database connection is via internet. This report is been used in other countries but no problem found.

Pls. advice me what are all the issues i need to check like Firewall settings etc. I'm new to VBA.
