No output on Export to excel -Oracle

We regularly export the data from our Material Transaction and it always have the right output,
and one day, when doing the normal process, it just continue to export but waiting the message prompt either to save or open the xls file is gone.

No error message pop up and no output of xls file.

Can somebady help me on this issue?

Is this an Oracle product?

>No error message pop up and no output of xls file.
AFAIK, Oracle RDBMS can NOT generate an xls file directly.

>Can somebady help me on this issue?
I doubt you'll get a definitive answer here.

Effectively you have said the equivalent of:
My car used to go.
My car does not go any more.
Can somebady help me on this issue?

You're On Your Own (YOYO)!

Yes this is an Oracle 11.5.10.2

Here's is the scenario:

We are exporting (File->Export) Material Transaction.
Usually, it will prompt a message asking whether to Save or Open the file.
It is a TSV file and not XLS(im sorry).

And now, as we do the File-> Export, it will show 100% export but no prompting message.

What can i do about it?

Thanks,
Sorry for my first post.

11.5.10.2 ... Sounds like you are talking about Oracle Applications (eBusiness Suite). Since this is a database forum, I am not sure how much help you will find. I am also not sure if there is an Oracle Applications forum or not.
