Talking Control tip text in Excel 2003 like in Access

Good morning,

I was looking around but couldn't find anything on this. In Access 2K, 2K3 you can use Control Tip text (messages floating in a small window over certain objects). What I was wondering is can you do the same thing in Excel 2003? That is a really neat feature and would be a big help to the user I am creating a spreadsheet for. They will be able to see mini-instructions for Buttons just as you can for Cells. I know you can insert Comments in Excel for a cell, but what about a Button with a macro behind it?

thanks and have a nice one,
BUD
