Opening Delphi exe in the IDE

I have "inherited" a Delphi5 program. All I have is the .exe. Is there a way to open this program in the Integrated Development Environment so I can continue to develop this program? I guess this could be considered decompiling or reverse engineering the exe program.
Thanks in advance.
