ORA-06508 PL/SQL could not find program unit being called

Hello again,

When I do an update to a package then I receive the specific error and it looks that the trigger cannot see the new package.

Why this happen since everytime a change on a package is being made and copmile it the trigger should see the changes and the new package?

If I change the name of the package after the changes everything works fine, is that strange?

Any idea?
