I heard from the grape vine that Filemaker 6.0 will be released soon. Is this true and what type of enhancements will it have.

Well if the grapevine said so, then it must be true. Seriously though, there is a release expected shortly for OS X. Other than that if filemaker is releasing a full out new "version" with feature enhancements they've kept that info to themselves afaik. Best place to look for updates is their website.

Dont bother buying it....its a piece of ~ just like any other version......just flushed 10 licences for V6 ....stick something that will teach you some usefull programming...someting that uses Standard Query Language!

just kidding...it is pretty decent except it still lack some web/dynamic stuff (CDML does). some new import folder funcntions...scripting seems to be improved....it runs better on win2K than it used to....network connections are..oooK
hmm...
