| If PostGRES has ODBC connectivity you can use DirectConnect (or whatever it is called) to directly link Sybase with PostGRES. I've never tried it but I know there is a utility to connect Sybase with any number of RDBMS's. If Solaris is a huge cost, you can always switch to ASE for Linux which is as rock-solid as Solaris (in my opinion). |
