Any one can help me to find a informix GUI admin tool to maintain the security, performance, space, backup, recover etc on UNIX and WIN

I've never seen one GUI tool that can do it all. You may want to check out Server Studio for Informix. The web site is agsltd.com. With this tool and maybe is web based ISA you could get everything you are looking for in GUI form, but like I said, I've never seen one GUI tool that had all the features you mentioned.
