db2 v7.2 EE"Database connection failed"

Hi,
I need help on db2 v7.2 EE product.
I am not able to connect to the server from clients running "db2 connect personal edition v7.2 Fixpack 4"

The errors i am facing

1. Sometimes I am getting "Database connection failed" when I am trying to
connect sitting in the **server itself**, using command center.

2. From clients running "db2 connect personal edition v7.2 Fixpack 4" on
WinNT/WKS4 or Win2000Pro. While trying to do a "select" or "describe
select" I am getting message SQL0805N Package NULLID.SLC2C5Y was not
found.

Kindly note:
=========
1. The clients running "db2 connect personal edition v7.2 Fixpack 4"
on WinNT/WKS4 or Win2000Pro were earlier connecting with DB2 v7.1 EE.

2. SQL0805N is not a relevant to us (since we are using any packages) and
i am using a CLI application. But the DB2 utilities like "load" is working on the server.

Please tell me where I have gone wrong.....
Thanks & Regards

Roger J Kottoor
