Wink creating functions in postreSQL

Halu!!!

How do I use setof in PostgreSQL? Can u give me a reference on server side programming which I can refer to? Can anyone give me a working example using setof in postgreSQL? I am trying to create functions like the stored procedures in SQL. Please give me an advice.
