Keystroke Emulation into Citrix

Our new billing system uses Citrix to interact with the billing system. In our previous system(TELNET), we used to be able to telnet in and run some scripts that emulated the keystrokes to the screen so we could do large updates to the system as we do not have table level access. Is there an equivalent program, system, anything(I'm desperate) that will let us emulate keystrokes via the front end so we can continue to be productive. I'm literally open to any idea, no matter how absurd you might think it is!
