Basically, you are hosed. You had a long transaction hose your system. Please check the following onconfig parameters: LTXHWM, LTXEHWM and LBU_PRESERVE. You will have to contact tech support to help you through this one. Good luck.

Set your LTAPEDEV to /dev/null and give a try with oninit -s , before calling tech support...

command 'oninit -s' bring server to quiescent mode ,
you haven't to do that , You can set LTAPEDEV to /dev/null
and run command ontape -a it's backing up your logical log into /dev/null
or you instert your tape cartidge into your tape device mount it and set LTAPE point to it and run command ontape -a your bakcup is in your tape device
