pgadmin is only for windows users

look at
sourceforge.net
or try
techdocs.postgresql.org
Menu: Other resources

there several admin tools
but I think the pgadmin is one of the best
the only thing is that I'm working on linux :-(

if your using linux, just recompile your postgresql " ./configure--with-tcl" in order for you to use pgaccess. ;)
