Does anyone know how to turn a picture file (such as a bitmap or JPEG) into an icon that Access will recognize as one? I know it can be done because I've seen it!

You can add a custom title for yourself in your control panel. :)

Not a problem. Where is this control panel though? I can't seem to find it, although I did mange to fins the avatar, as you might have noticed... <G>
