Hi,
We r running a Standard engine with 4gl dev. environment. One of our programs stops working whenever it tries to update a record. It can update other records, but some records are locked and it returns ISAM 107.

I tried getting all the users out (around 8 users) and logged in as informix, but still can't update certian records. I can't seem to unlock them at all.

Can anyone help me?

After you kill session Informix isn't unlock immedietly because it's rollback previous action you have to wait until that session is disapear from "onstat -g ses"

This would be true if I was running Online engine. But this happens to be the standard engine, and onstat utility is not available. What I do for a temp fix is to run a bcheck -s on the affected table files.
