I get an e-mail each time and since I'm usually on my computer... :)
"The Complete Sybase ASE Quick Reference Guide" is:
ISBN 90-806117-1-9
You can buy it for 17.99Euro here: http://www.sypron.nl/cgi/shop/shop.cgi
For Sybase T-SQL your best bet is to use the online T-SQL user's guide at:
http://manuals.sybase.com/onlinebooks/group-as/asg1200e/asesqlug/@Generic__BookView
I think you can purchase the books as a hard-copy if you want; although I think they're great online (especially with the ability to search) so I wouldn't buy them.
For a hard-copy of advanced T-SQL (albeit MS SQL Server specific) I'd reccomend:
"Inside Microsoft SQL Server 7.0" (Microsoft Press; Soukup & Delaney):
ISBN 0-7356-0517-3
I'm sure Inside MS SQL 2000 would be great as well, although 7.0 T-SQL is closer to Sybase's T-SQL since SQL Server 2000 has a bunch of new things like OLAP and such.
Two other general DB books that I like are:
"Database Systems: A Practical Approach to Design, Implementation, and Management" (Connolly & Begg):
ISBN: 0-201-34287-1
and
"Database Systems: Design, Implementation, and Management" (Rob & Coronel):
ISBN: 0-7600-1090-0
