Crypting caused import failure

FYI:

My lap top was recently crypted. Oracle seemed to work OK, but when I first time wanted to import a dump the attempt failed.

error there was:
/S-Error: (OS 1450) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.'
KCF: write/open error block=0x1831 online=1
file=5 D:\ORACLE\ORADATA\AA8I\USERS01AA8I.ORA
error=27070 txt: 'OSD-04016: Error queuing an asynchronous I/O request.

After removing crypting everyting seems to work ok again.
