| Hi All, I would like to get some tips on Application Database design for the internet users. We are developing a customer based application where in each customer has own password. And there is a requirement that we should provide a individual backup for each customer and restore it back when necessary. Is it a good idea to create a seperate database for each customer with the same number of tables(150) in each database? How many maximum number of Databases can a DB2 Server hold? How much RAM does each Database occupy? Are they any disadvantages with sort of architecture? Thanks in Advance Ananth |
