What enterprise tools do you use to maintain the data dictonary pertaining to each application's database? Eg. what's the columns for and relationships between tables? Using all_comments system table is not possible for end users. Also it would be great if this tool can be used against different rdbms like oracle or sqlserver

Hello,

we use AlligatorSQL for Oracle8i/9i, MySQL, Interbase, Birdstep, PostgreSQL and MSSQL 7 (SQLServer).

You can open every supported databases and see all information about
the different database dictionaries.
You can browse, edit, modify and delete objects and easily switch between the different rdbms.

Try it and send us your comments ...
