| Hi, Currently our systrem is built on three tier using VB as the Client, DCE as the Middleware & Oracle with Pro*c as the backend. We are planning to remove the DCE component and use Oracle Stored procedure to call the online functions. Pro*C online functions need to be rewritten in Oracle Stored Procedure. We don't want to use Corba/SOAP/DCOM.. Is this the best way to move away from DCE?. Pls help. Thanks |
