SQL connection manager problem [Archive]

Hello!
I would like someone to help with my Pervasive SQL 200i client. When I try to connect to Pervasive SQL server and open the selected database I get following error:
[Pervasive][ODBC Client Interface][Client LNA]The ODBC Client Interface cannot access the data source because SQL Connection Manager is not running at the specified port number. Contact your system administrator for assistance.

Hi,

are you sure that the engine is running on the server? Did you verify if the server name is known to your client?
