Accessing Data from a Pervase SQL .mkd file [Archive]

Hi,

I have a .mkd file that was created using Pervasive SQL btrieve. I want to access the info to get it into an Excel spreadsheet, but I don't have the Pervasive software. The database is 75,000 recaords. Does anyone know how I can import the data into Excel or Foxpro?
