Hey Paul, maybe you should consider creating a PostgreSQL forum.

Chris Schriber over at the vB forums runs a pretty popular postgreSQL site (100k+ posts i think) ... im sure he wouldn't mind if you asked a few of his visitors to come over here and populate this place up a little :D

Its an old database language that ran under dos and was used by a lot of call centres etc a looooong time ago. I used to code databases in it oh, about 8 years ago? I think its still used in some places - but its not exactly current.

Well, I was amused by the thought :)

With Redhat's adoption of PostgreSQL it should get a new lease of life. This time next year, we'll all be using it intead of MySQL... maybe :D

Who knows, maybe even MattR will start using it :eek:

Bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha! We're stuck with Sybase for better or for worse unless someone wants to make the difference ($13K) up to me. :D
