Need help on EFTS

I am using a development license (ASE_DEV 12.5) on a Linux RedHat 7.3 box. And I cant start and use the EFTS (enhanced full text search) server.

First question: it is possible to use EFTS server with development license?

Second: If it is not possible, there is anything like this EFTS to use with a development license?
