I'm trying to make a spreedsheet for temp employees and I can substact 30 mins lunch time can you help me. What I am using is E8 (starting time) = 7:00, E9 (ending time) = 3:30, E10= :30 (lunch) and F9 which I need it to be total hours worked. What my formula so far has is: =TEXT(E9-E8,"h:mm"). How can I minus the 30 mins. for lunch? Can you help me? Thanks,

Thank you so much for all your help. After looking at the formulas I was able to use them for the format I need them. You don't know how much I appreciate your help.
