Question How to get connect-by feature of oracle in MySQL

There is a feature in the select clause of oracle, by using which we can control the tree like structure.
For example if we have an employee table with emp_no, name and report_to_emp_no, we can write a select statment using connect by clause, we can display Emp No, Name and the Name of the boss to whom he is reporting with hirarchy.

Can some one please help me in writing the same query in MySQL?

Thanks in advance.
