Cool reading file

hi guys

i stuck up in reading a file which is in the client

this is my problem

how to read a file from client system i.e suppose IIS server is in 10.10.1.254 and i want to read a file which is in client say 10.10.1.217

so how to read ?

do you mean accessing the file for modification? or uploading it? Please clairfy.

ASP is a server side language, therefore you cannot modify a file on some one elses server just through the browser.

Why do you want to do it anyway?
