where do I get hold of HPL für IDS 7.31?

I would like to unload data from an Informix IDS 7.31 TC6 Server and have come across the HPL (ipload) utility in the documentation, but cannot find any mention of the utility itsself on the installation CDs we have here (7.31 TC4, TC6 and TD1). Can anyone let me know where I can find the little cutie? Unfortunatley we are running the IDS on Windows, I don't know if HPL is available on that platform.

O.K. so now I hear that IPLOAD is only available via an X-Windows server i.e. not on Windows platform unless you have a X-Windows emulation which I don't. I further understand that the underlying utility is in fact onpload.exe which is otherwise accessible thru scripts so I will have to go down that (bumpy) road.
