Question strange loop in creating db in 9i

hello, i've just installed oracle 9i at my home pc for university study and its a starnge thing happend when i'm trying to create the instance (DB)
theres picture attached shows the last phase in the db configuration wizard and what ever i press its not continuing !!
if i press the summary "ok" its turning off and i'm still n that screen/
taht screens "ok" turn on the summary again and so... a loop of those 2 screens...
i entered my pc "name" as the sid, and tryed fifferent names for the host, i also uninstalled and reinstalled all the application, but it doesnt do any change.
does anyone knows what to do?

*** the strange letters in the capture are hebrew... ***
