ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Database queuing

Hi All

I am new to Aq, i am using 8.1.7 Enterprise edition oracle database.

When i create Queue tables i get the following error

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Database queuing
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM_SYS", line 2012
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM", line 55
ORA-06512: at line 1

How to work on this error

Read this link, it may help:

According to that, with 8.1.7 EE you should have Database Queuing, and the most likely problem is that you upgraded from SE (which does not have it) and missed a step.
