I would like to ask that err... for trigger.. does every database uses the same scripts? i mean can i use just one script to run on different databases? like informix, SQL Sever, Sybase, Oracle .. etc?? thanks

No, the CREATE TRIGGER syntax may be similar but the trigger code will not be. For example, Oracle's triggers are written in Oracle's own PL/SQL language.
