Then you're quite stranded; you could try with Pdox Ms Odbc Drivers, but they're known to have many problems.

If you had Pdox, you could quite easily connect it to mysql, and the use queries or whatever you want to export the data.

The only thing i can say is that you need it i can do the conversion for you, and fetch you the mysqldump of the db file.
