Red face sql formula....help me!!!

hi...
i have table name BORROWER(type,model,item_name,borrower_name,borrow
_date,due_date,venue,reason)....
i want to make when i click the field item_name,automatically field type and model appear.no need to key- in one by one...
so what the sql formula ?

Not enough information to assist. You will need to identify what program you are trying to setup "field", etc. SQL is not going to do the function you want - you need a frontend program (i.e. VB, Access, ASP, etc.)
