why can't not to connect to Data Source of SYBASE OLE DB PROVIDER

HI..

If anyone know how to solve my problem ,please reply the topic.thank you every much.

I use the OLE DB PROVIDER(versin of 12.5) and build a data source.
then I test to connect to data source(database version is 11).
but always appears the error message "Login time has expired..."

why can't I connect the data source . I am sure my setting of severname ,database name,server port is right.

Becuase I want to connect to sybase in ADO.NET so first I build a new data source in sybase ole db provider
