Hi,

I want to export my access data values into my excel spreadsheet. But i want to export my access values into an excel spreadsheet that i have previously layed-out, with the calculations put in on the columns and rows etc... is it possible?

in my opinion, it would be much easier to import from excel then export from access. you can use DATA - IMPORT EXTERNAL DATA in excel menu to import the data in access file to your expected range in excel.
