Pervasive and IIS/MSSQL [Archive]

I have a piece of software running that requires very strict Internet Information Services settings and requires sole use of the Microsoft SQL Server services on the server. There's another piece of software that uses a Pervasive.SQL database. Will it cause any problems to run them together on the same machine?

Any suggestions or links or other help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The only thing I've seen with running both MSSQL and Pervasive on the same box is resource. Both can be resource intensive depending on what's being done.
They will both install and run on the same machine.
