Go to "Print Preview" > "Setup" > "Sheet" and check "Black & White" then save the file. All printers will print in black and white only, if your cell back colors are other than gray or black (i.e. Blue or green) the background color will not print.

When users of the report print it out, it makes it difficult to read from a b&w laser printer, but when viewing on screen it is great. Is there any way to make the backfill color not show up as shaded when you print?
