help

I have a coursework,I know that is quiet easy,but I don't know how to start to do it

Since any integer value can be entered IMO I would use pointer or a texfile to write the values with counter. If there is a limit of numbers need to be enterd you might think about using 2 dimentional array like array[1..10, 1] of int.
