Move cursor in DBGrid?

Dear friends,

I created a form which has a DBGrid refers to a table. I want users can look all the data in the DBGrid (move cursor, use scroll bars) but I don't want them able to modify any data in the DBGrid. How could I do this?

Do anybody have experience create a medical record database?
Please help. and thank you.
